From the garden onto the plate – healthy and regional cuisine

For us, it was always a foregone conclusion to cook regionally and sustainably, and to prepare all the meals freshly. Our entire family has a passion for regional and high-quality food and all the delicious things you can create from it. Especially host Mariano, who cooks for you together with a dedicated team. Italian and Tyrolean dishes merge to healthy and regional cuisine at our hotel in Val d'Ultimo, where you can taste the influence of different cultures. During the summer months we also operate a restaurant offering tasty á-la-carte dishes at lunch.

    The Bertagnolli Family cooks fresh, healthy and especially tasty, always with the influence of two cultures.

  • At the cooker: the host personally looks after the culinary wellbeing of guests

    Mariano would not let go of the chef spoon in the kitchen. He uses only high-quality products,
    and processes and refines the single ingredients without the use of additives.

  • Between cows: part of the hotel is an organic farm

    Every day we look after 22 cows and calves at our farm. This means a lot of work, but also provides
    great joy. You are welcome to observe us at work.

  • Regional and sustainable: at Ultnerhof we focus on organic

    The most important thing for us is the origin of the products. Milk comes from our organic farm,
    dairy products from small regional dairies, eggs from the neighbouring farm and vegetables from our own farm.

Our wellbeing rooms

All suites, single, double and family rooms at Hotel Ultnerhof feature comfortable and stylish furnishings. Some rooms have been recently renovated. All rooms dispose of a balcony with a unique view of the surrounding mountains.
