Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We therefore offer a vast and healthy breakfast buffet with cereals, Italian coffee and milk, and products from our own organic farm. Bread comes fresh from the oven from a bakery in the valley, eggs from the neighbouring farm, and cheese and yoghurt from a local dairy producer. The honey is provided by bees from the valley. Everything for top quality and for the environment.
For dinner, Mariano and his kitchen team spoil you with lovingly prepared specialties arranged in a varied menu, and a vast salad buffet. Since quality is one of our priorities, we always pay attention to the origin of the products and to sustainability. The meat comes from the region, and some even from our own organic farm. Seasonal vegetables and herbs are freshly picked from our garden, and dairy products are purchased at local dairies.
Val d'Ultimo is a true hiking paradise. Meadows, forests and mountains await you for extended nature excursions. During the summer months, we offer guided hikes four times a week, and once a week we will accompany you to our own alpine hut. Hiking poles and rucksacks are at your disposal for free for the duration of your stay, and providing information and insiders' tips for excursions is always a pleasure. Hiking maps can be purchased directly in the hotel.
Be it skiing, snowboarding, sledging, ski tours or snow-shoe hiking: when staying in our hotel you'll receive free information brochures and competent tips for planning your winter dream in the snow-safe Val d'Ultimo Valley. The ski bus stops in the village centre and operates on an hourly basis. If you plan a ski tour, you can have an early breakfast with prior notice. This is also valid for an afternoon snack, which can be ordered in advance. Furthermore, there is a ski room for your ski equipment and to maintain your skis. Hot tea for your day on snow will be provided free of charge.
